NOODLES/PASTA WORKSHOP AND SANDWICH CONTEST FOR FEMALES

JICA Alumni Association of Pakistan (JAAP) has organised cooking workshop on Noodles/Pasta and Sandwich making contest for ladies of JAAP members on 22nd February 2009 (Sunday) at the Embassy Lodge, Club Road, Islamabad at 1100 to 1400 hours . About 35 members participated in the workshop. The most qualified Chef Mr. Bilal Ahmad was the instructor. The following varieties of Noodles/Pasta and Sandwich was demonstrated by the Chef.

PASTA Seafood Pasta (Fruti de Mare) Vegetables Pasta

SANDWICH Bruce Hite Sandwich (open face)

 

Members showed keen interest and enjoyed the programme. After workshop the Sandwich making contest was organized among the participants. The best three positions were awarded certificates and gifts by the President JAAP, Prof. K.A. Abbas.

Lunch was served at the end of the programme. Prof. K.A. Abbas, President and Mr. Sajjad Ahmed Bokhari, General Secretary, JAAP thanked and appreciated Dr. Badar us Samad, Executive member and his wife for organizing the Excellent programme.
